Confidentiality
Confidentiality & data handling
Your project is handled on a need-to-know basis: project-team access only, no reuse or resale of your work, no public naming of clients, and deletion on request after delivery.
How your material is handled
- 01
Limited access
Your documents and data are accessible only to the people working on your project.
- 02
Purpose-bound use
Client material is used only to deliver the approved scope — nothing else.
- 03
No publicity without permission
No client names, project details, or deliverables are published or referenced without written permission.
- 04
Your channel, your choice
Files move through the channel you prefer, agreed at scope review.
- 05
Deletion on request
If you want project files deleted after final delivery, ask — the deletion is confirmed to you in writing.
Non-disclosure agreements
We sign reasonable NDAs when a project needs one. Raise it at scope review and it becomes part of the written terms.
What we do not claim
We do not claim security certifications we do not hold. If your project requires a specific compliance regime, tell us at scope review — we will say plainly whether we can meet it, before you commit anything.
What we ask of you
Flag sensitive material during scope review — patient data, unpublished results, institutional documents — so the handling rules are written into the scope itself.
Sensitive project? Say so first.
Handling rules go into the written scope before any material changes hands.
