Analysis

Statistical Analysis & Data Services

Correct, reproducible analysis with documentation you can hand to a reviewer: analysis plans, clean datasets, documented analysis files, and consistent results tables and figures.

This service fits when

  • You collected data and need the analysis done correctly and documented.
  • Your proposal needs a statistical analysis plan before data collection.
  • A reviewer or supervisor challenged your analysis and you need it checked or redone.
  • Your meta-analysis needs pooling, heterogeneity assessment, and forest plots.

What this service solves

Analysis breaks down in predictable places: tests that do not match the design, assumptions never checked, results that cannot be reproduced, and numbers that differ between tables and text. This service produces analysis you can defend — matched to the design, checked for assumptions, documented step by step, and delivered with files a reviewer can follow.

Standard

Included

  • Method selection matched to your question and data — with the rationale explained
  • Documented, reproducible analysis steps
  • Results reported with effect sizes and uncertainty, not just p-values
  • One structured revision round within the approved scope

Not included

  • Data collection or data entry unless separately scoped
  • A promised direction of results — we report what the data show
  • Analysis of fundamentally unusable data — if the data cannot support the question, we say so at scope review
  • Ethics approvals

What we need from you

  • 01Your dataset in any common format — or your planned design if data are not yet collected
  • 02Your research questions or hypotheses
  • 03Instrument or variable definitions, if available
  • 04Target document — thesis, manuscript, or report — with its formatting requirements

How this service runs

  1. 01

    Scope review

We assess the data, the questions, and feasibility. Free of charge. If the data cannot answer the question, we say so here.

  2. 02

    Written scope

Analyses, deliverables, timeline, and a fixed price — approved before work begins.

  3. 03

    Analysis plan

Methods matched to design and agreed before execution.

  4. 04

    Data preparation

Cleaning and coding, documented in a data dictionary.

  5. 05

    Analysis & diagnostics

Execution with assumption checks and documented decisions.

  6. 06

    Quality control

    The check set below.

  7. 07

    Delivery & revision

Results package delivered; one structured in-scope revision round included.

Quality controls for this service

  • Design–method match — the tests fit the question and the data structure
  • Assumption checks documented for every inferential test
  • Reproducibility — analysis files re-run to confirm identical outputs
  • Numerical reconciliation between analysis output, tables, and text
  • Complete reporting — effect sizes and confidence intervals, not just significance

Full detail: Quality & Verification

Verified

  • Reproducibility — the delivered files regenerate the reported results
  • Traceability from raw data to every reported number

Not guaranteed

  • Statistically significant findings — we report what the data show
  • That reviewers will not request additional analyses — new requests are scoped as they arise

All project material is handled under our confidentiality policy — project-team access only, no reuse, deletion on request.

Turnaround

Depends on dataset condition and the number of analyses. The timeline is fixed in your written scope.

Pricing

Driven by dataset condition, number and complexity of analyses, outputs required, and timeline. Free scope review; fixed written quote.

Revisions

One structured revision round within the approved scope is standard. Additional analyses requested later are scoped in writing.

Statistical Analysis & Data Services — questions

Which software do you use?

The software follows your field's and journal's expectations, and outputs are delivered in formats you and your reviewers can open. If you need a specific package, say so at scope review.

My data are messy. Is that a problem?

Usually no — cleaning and coding are part of the service and documented in the data dictionary. If the data genuinely cannot support your question, we tell you at scope review, before you pay.

Can you check analysis I already ran?

Yes. Verification of existing analysis is a defined scope: we re-run it, check assumptions, and report agreements and discrepancies.

What if the results are not significant?

We report what the data show, with effect sizes and uncertainty. A non-significant result reported honestly is defensible; a manufactured one is not — and we do not manufacture results.
