Process

How it works

Every project follows the same seven customer-facing steps — and nothing starts until you approve a written scope with deliverables, a timeline, and a fixed price.

  1. 01

    Contact

Describe your project on WhatsApp or by email — a sentence is enough to start. No forms, no account, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Scope review

We ask targeted questions: objective, field, stage, existing materials, constraints, deadline. It costs nothing. If the project is not feasible — or not something we should do — we say so here.

  3. 03

    Written scope & fixed quote

You receive a written scope: every deliverable named, the timeline, the price, revision terms, and exclusions. This document defines the engagement — the price you approve is the price you pay.

  4. 04

    Approval & payment

Work begins only after you approve the scope and confirm payment as stated in the quote. That protects both sides.

  5. 05

    Production

Work proceeds against the approved scope. If something emerges that changes the scope, we stop and tell you — before doing work you did not approve.

  6. 06

    Quality control & verification

Service-specific checks run before delivery, plus independent authenticity screening where included. The evidence ships with the deliverable.

  7. 07

    Delivery, review & revisions

You receive the complete package. In-scope revisions are included as defined in your quote; new requirements are re-quoted in writing — never silently billed.

Who decides what

You decide

  • Topic and objective
  • Target journal or institution
  • Scope approval
  • Submission and authorship
  • What to disclose, per your institution's rules

We produce

  • The deliverables in the approved scope
  • The documentation and audit trail
  • Quality-control evidence
  • Honest feasibility calls

Agreed together

  • Scope refinements
  • Revision priorities
  • Timeline adjustments, in writing

We do not publish our internal production tooling. The written scope, the named checks, and the delivered evidence are how you evaluate the work — before and after you pay.

Process questions

How long until I get a quote?

Typical projects are scoped within a few messages. Complex projects may need a short call or a document review first — we tell you which immediately.

Do you start work without payment?

No. Production starts after scope approval and payment as stated in the quote. That is what makes the fixed price enforceable in both directions.

Can the scope change mid-project?

Yes — by written agreement. New requirements are quoted before any additional work happens, and nothing is silently billed.

Describe your project on WhatsApp. The scope review is free, and nothing begins until you approve the written scope.
