Pricing

Pricing

Research work is priced by scope, not by a universal rate card. The scope review is free, the quote is written, and the price is fixed before you commit.

  1. 01

    Free scope review

Every project starts with a conversation that costs nothing. We ask targeted questions and assess feasibility before any money is discussed.

  2. 02

    Fixed written quote

You receive a written scope naming every deliverable, the timeline, revision terms, exclusions, and a total price. Quotes state their VAT treatment explicitly.

  3. 03

    The price holds

The price you approve is the price you pay. In-scope work is never re-billed. New requirements are quoted separately, in writing, before any work happens.

What drives the price

Service family

A proposal, a systematic review, and a full analysis engagement are different amounts of work.

Depth and complexity

Design complexity, number of chapters or analyses, and evidence volume.

Analysis requirements

From descriptive statistics to full meta-analysis.

Languages

English, Arabic, or both.

Timeline

Compressed timelines increase intensity; realistic ones do not.

Verification scope

Whether independent authenticity certification is included.

In every quote

  • Every deliverable, named
  • Total fixed price, VAT treatment stated
  • Timeline
  • Revision terms
  • Exclusions, stated up front
  • The quality checks that apply

Never

  • Hidden fees
  • Silent scope changes
  • Discount games or fake urgency
  • Charging to find out the price
  • Starting work before your approval

Why we don't publish a rate card

Published rate cards for research work either overcharge simple projects or undercharge complex ones — and then claw back the difference through extras. We would rather scope the actual project and commit to a number in writing. If you need a budget signal before contacting us, say so in your first message; we will tell you quickly whether your budget and scope can meet.

Pricing questions

When do I pay?

After you approve the written scope, as stated in the quote. Production starts after payment confirmation.

Is VAT included?

Each quote states its VAT treatment explicitly, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

What currency do you work in?

Quotes are typically issued in Saudi riyals (SAR); arrangements for international clients are stated in the quote.

What if I cancel mid-project?

Cancellation terms are stated in each written quote before you approve it — you know the rules before you commit.

Do you offer discounts?

No discount games. The quote reflects the scope. If the budget does not fit, we adjust the scope honestly — or tell you it is not feasible.

Get your number in writing.

Describe your project and, if useful, your budget. You will get a written scope with a fixed price — or an honest no.
